Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes and characteristics of adverse drug reactions in our hospital,to provide the basis for clinical rational use of drugs and drug safety evaluation,to promote rational use of drug.METHODS Collected 279 cases of ADR reported in our hospital to be reviewed retrospectively.RESULTS 279 cases of ADR reports in all age groups were distributed;route of administration by intravenous infusion in 250 cases,accounting for 89.61%;the most common drug caused ADR was anti-infection drug,a total of 185 patients(61.67%);the lesion of skin and its appendages were the main,accounting for 37.28%.CONCLUSION The incidence of ADR are related to many factors,we should strengthen the ADR monitoring.
