Abstract

Objective To research influence of Danxiongyiningyin on endogenous,extrinsic coagulation and hemorheology in rabbit.Methods 24 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups.They were control group,Warfarin group,low-dose Danxiongyiningyin group and high-dose Danxiongyiningyin group.PT,APTT,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation and erythrocyte deformability were observed in four groups.Results PT,APTT in low-dose Danxiongyiningyin group,high-dose Danxiongyiningyin group and Warfarin group were longer than those in control group 5 days after administration(P0.05).There were no significant differences between Warfarin group and low-dose Danxiongyiningyin group,high-dose Danxiongyiningyin group(P0.05).Improvement of hemorheology index in low-dose Danxiongyiningyin group,high-dose Danxiongyiningyin group was superior to those in Warfarin group(P0.05).The results were observed in whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation and erythrocyte deformability.Conclusion Danxiongyiningyin can prolong PT,APTT and influence endogenous,extrinsic coagulation.It can improve indexes of hemorheology.
