Observation on Test Results of Blood Coagulation Function and Hemorheology of PHS Patients

Abstract

Objective To discussed the clinical significance of tests of blood coagulation function and hemorheology of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PHS).Methods PT, APTT, TT, FIB and hemorheological tests were conducted for 69 cases of PHS patients, 82 cases of normal non-pregnant women and 74 cases of normal pregnant women by use of the instrument method.Results Compared with the normal non-pregnant group, in the PHS group, PT and APTT significantly shortened (P0.01) and FIB level significantly increased (P0.01), while TT prolonged, without significant difference (P0.05); Whole Blood High, Whole Blood Low, ESR, Erythrocyte Aggregation Index and HCT signifi cantly increased (P0.01, P0.05).Compared with the normal pregnant group, in PHS group, FIB level signifi cantly increased, while both PT and APTT significantly shortened (P0.05) and while TT prolonged, without significant difference (P0.05); Whole Blood Low, ESR, Erythrocyte Aggregation Index and HCT significantly increased (P0.01, P0.05).Conclusion Routine examinations of blood coagulation function and hemorheology bear important clinical significance on disease prediction and early diagnosis and treatment for PHS patients.
