Abstract

Objective To investigate the function of the patients with pulmonary heart disease receiving anti-coagulation,decreasment of blood viscosity and the level of fibrinogen therapy under general therapy. Methods 96 patients with pulmonary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly-low molecular weight heparin treating group(group A,n=51) and non-low molecular weighit heparin treating group (group B,n=45).The hemorheological indexes of hematocrit(HCT),blood viscosity(BV),plasma viscosity(PV),and forced expiratory volume in 1st(FEV1),and the plasma coagulation parameters of prothrombin time (PT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)were determined in 2 groups before and after treatment.Result The difference before and after treatment were no significant in group B,except for FEV1%(P0.05),but the group A were significantly different(P0.05).Compared with those of group B after treatment, the level of PT,APTT were longer and the level of FIB,HCT,BV,PV decreased and FEV1% increased(P0.05).Conclusion The patients with pulmonary heart disease receiving anti-coagulation,decreasment of blood viscosity and the level of fibrinogen therapy are necessary.
