Recurring to the Standard of Professional Service:the Choice of Aims with the Development of Vocational Education Policies after China's Entry into WTO

Abstract

There are some great changes with the development of vocational education in China: entry into WTO and more and more rural areas becoming towns, which give Chinese vocational education a new chance. And we need to analyze our policy and law of vocational education. This paper considers that the aims of Chinese vocational education development should be returned to the standard of professional service. On this basis, it was said that main bodies' rights and duties should be regulated and balanced, the corporate structures be improved, and the institution's running system be strengthened, which will improve vocational education's professional service, and support the vocational education facing to opening up the rural human resource.
