Abstract

It' imperative to open the market of higher vocational education after China has been in WTO. This article inquires into how to girp this historical dlevelopment and chance, and meet the challenge, and develop the higher vocational education trade, and rank among the advanced vocational education trade in the world in respect of the opportunity and challenge brought by the opening market.
