Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Alprostadil injection plus Ademetionine injection on hyperbilirubinemia in chronic virus hepatitis. Methods:120 patients with hyperbilirubinemia in chronic virus hepatitis were randomly assigned to ademetionine plus alprostadil(trial group) or ademetionine only(control group) for 4 weeks.Serum levels of TBil,ALT were measured and compared between two groups.Total effective rate, drug side effects were also observed and compared between two groups. Results:Levels of TBil,ALT was significantly decreased after treatment in both groups(P0.05).However,the decreasing extent of TBil in the trial group was more obvious than that in control group(P0.05),but level of ALT was similar between two groups(P0.05).Total effective rate of trial group and control group were 88.33% and 73.33% respectively, with significant difference(P0.05).No drug side effect was observed in both groups. Conclusion:Ademetionine injection is effective to treat hyperbilirubinemia in chronic virus hepatitis. There is synergic effect of Alprostadil injection plus Ademetionine injection on hyperbilirubinemia in chronic virus hepatitis.
