Abstract
Objective:To establish the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang Capsules(Rhubarb, Radix scutellarite,Cortex phellodendri).Methods:Kromasil~(TM) C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,7μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile:0.033 mol/L and potassium dihydrogen phosphate (25:75).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was at 263 nm.Results:The berberine hydrochloride has good resolution.The line range was in the range of 0.144~0.722μg/mL and,r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 98.09%.The RSD was 1.38% (n=5).Conclusion:This method is sample.The results are accurate and reproducible.It can be used in the quality control of Sanhuang Capsules.
