Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the pharmacokinetics of Rhzoma Corydalis in rat plasma and the influence of the decoction process on its absorption and metabolism.METHODS The blood drug level in rats after oral administration of Rhzoma Corydalis extraction was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The method for simultaneous determination of tetrahydropalmatine, protopine and dehydrocorydaline of Rhzoma Corydalis in rat plasma was established by HPLC.The intra-day and inter-day validation with low, middle, high concentrations were good.CONCLUSION The results of samples analysis showed that decocted products with vinegar can promote absorption and delay elimination of tetrahydropalmatine and dehydrocorydaline in vivo. The decocted products with liguor can delay elimination of tetrahydropalmatine, protopine and dehydrocorydaline in vivo. The influence of the process on tetrahydropalmatine is more conspicuous than protopine and dehydrocorydaline.
