Abstract
Objective To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Daochi Pills.Methods The sample was separated on a Shimadzu VP-ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid in gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results Their average recoveries were 99.7%(RSD =1.28%,n = 5),99.1%(RSD = 1.68%,n = 5),99.6%(RSD = 0.90%,n = 5),98.8%(RSD = 0.89%,n = 5),and 99.2%(RSD = 0.99%,n = 5),respectively.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple,accurate,and applicable for the quality control of Dahuang Zhechong pills.
