Abstract
Objective: To discuss clinical meaning of evidence-based nursing for the patients with tracheotomy.Method: All 270 patients were randomized into two groups, 135 cases each group. The control group were administered with routine care and the observation group evidence-based nursing. The time of catheter placing in both groups were recorded, the incidences of pulmonary infection and other complications were counted, the satisfactory degrees of the patients in both groups were assessed. Result: The time of catheter placing in the observation group was(24.35±4.29) days, shorter than(32.04±4.13) days of the control group with significant difference(P0.05); the incidence of pulmonary infection and other complications of the observation group were 20.00% and 2.22%, lower than 60.74% and 20.00% of the control group, the difference was significant(P0.05); nursing satisfactory rate of the observation group was 90.37%, higher than 82.96% of the control group with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing is helpful to postoperative rehabilitation of the patients who are performed with tracheotomy, reduce the attack of the complications and improve nursing satisfactory rate.
