Application of the high quality of nursing service on containment of patients with tracheotomy tube

Objective To evaluate the application of the high quality of nursing service on containment of patients with tracheotomy tube.Methods A total of 122 cases patients with tracheotomy were chosen and were divided into control group and observation group(61cases in each group)according to the admission time.Observation group received high quality of nursing service and control group received oral intervention nurses.The efficacy was observed and compared between two groups.Results After the intervention,the incidence rate of postoperative complication and esophageal reflux was lower in the observation group than in the control group;the time of Tracheal tube with pip was shorter in the observation group than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);and the scores of HAMA,psychic anxiety and somatic anxiety were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);the rate of satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion High quality of nursing service can significantly increase the efficacy of patients with tracheotomy tube,and reduce the postoperative complications,increase the satisfaction of care.It is worthy of wider promotion and application.
