Protective Effect of GLP on Intestinal Mucosa Injury in Hemorrhagic Shock Reperfusion Rabbit

Abstract

Objective:To study the protective effect of GLP on intestinal mucosa injury in hemorrhagic shock reperfusion rabbit.Methods:With the model of HS-Rin rabbits,the animals were divided into three groups:sham operation group(S group),reperfusion with N-S group(NS group),reperfusion with 1% GLP group(LS group).The incidence rates of bacterial translocation were observed at the time of pre-shock,shock 40 min,post-reperfusion 40 min and 90 min respectively.The content of NO and MDA in serum and intestinal mucosa,the activity of SOD in intestinal mucosa,the degree of intestinal injury were examined at the time of post-resuscitation 90 min.Results:(1)With the extension of reperfusion time the positive rate of blood bacteria increased gradually in NS group,which was significantly higher than that of S group and LS group(P0.05),meanwhile the degree of intestinal injury in NS group was more severe than that of S group and LS group too(P0.05).(2)SOD activity in intestinal mucosa of NS group was significantly higher than that of LS group and S group(P0.05).The content of MDA and NO in serum and intestinal mucosa of NS group and LS group were significantly higher than those in S group,but they were lower in LS group than in NS group(P0.05).Conclusion:GLP has a protective effect on the intestinal mucosa injury in HS-R,which is related with the activation of SOD and the decrease of No content.
