Implement nurse grading management mode and improve the quality of nursing

Abstract

Objective To improve the quality of nursing by implementing nurse grading management mode.Method The nursing quality was studied and compared before and after practicing nurse grading management in the selected department,in which nurse grading management was conducted.Results Several aspects of quality control in nursing are significantly increased after the nurse grading management implemented,including wards' management,disinfection and isolation,nursing document writing,basic nursing caring,patients' satisfaction,nurses' working satisfaction and other nursing caring quality indexes(P0.05).Conclusion The practice of nurse grading management mode can increase the nursing quality comprehensively and effectively.
