Abstract
Objective To investigate how staffing nurses properly to improve the quality of nursing.Methods The nurses of four wards were classified into three grades.All of the nurses under grading management mode were investigated with ques- tionnaires.Results Nurses supplied more bedside nursing to patients and improved the qulity of nursing after grading manage- ment,and the patients' satisfaction had been improveds.Conclusions Grading management is a part of nursing human resources development.Properly staffing can make great profit of nursing.
