Abstract
On the basis of analyzing natural factors and characteristics of soil erosion in valley, bring up fundamental principia and measures for construction of ecoagricultural system of soil and water conservation type. Because of constructing ecoagricultural system of soil and water conservation type, it have a good ecobenefit,economicbenefic and socialbenefit as a wellcircled ecoeconomic system. The coverage of vegetation raised to 89.0% in 1998 from 30.7% in 1985,and modulus of soil erosion decreased annually;the total output of food supplies amounted to 14.246 millions kg in 1998, that was 9.312 millions kg in 1985;3406 $ net income were obtained per capital,and it was 18.4 times compare to 1985.
