Abstract

The dam of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is a rock-fill dam with core, with the height of 261.5 m.The construction of the dam is difficult with more problems to be solved, among which the borrowing of the dam construction materials is just a key link to affect the construction progress, construction quality and the economic benefit concerned. Therefore, the construction materials are mainly borrowed in combination with the in-situ construction excavation.Through the relevant scientific experiment, the deep-hole bench blasting is adopted along with the technologies of millisecond blasting and compression blasting etc.based on V detonation network with the efforts of Elaborate Design, reasonable Arrangement of Holes, scientifically powdering, strict quality control, and then, not only the grading requirements of the relevant materials are basically ensured, but the borrowing of the materials for various locations and zones of the dam body are also satisfied.
