Abstract
[Objective] To observe the joint management of the stomach and spleen party acupuncture,massage therapy spleen enteropathy efficacy.[Methods]Random parallel control method,126 cases of outpatient and inpatient lottery law by simple randomized into two groups. The control group 58 cases of vitamin B1 20mg/time,3 times/d; domperidone 10mg/time,3 times/d; Ranitidine 150mg/times,2 times/d. Treated 68 cases of stomach and spleen side management(Dangshen,Fuling,Baizhu,Chishi,Maiya20 g,Binglang,Houpu each 15 g,Yunmuxiang,Ganjiang 8g,Zhigancao12g),1/d,water Fried 200 m L,sooner or later orally. Acupuncture: the main point: the sea air,the abdominal,Zusanli acupoints: yinlingquan,the customs,Gongsun points,acupuncture treatment Tianshu line,20 ~ 30 min / times,1 times / d. Massage: spleen and intestines and even imaginary,massage Zusanli,Neiguan,in the abdominal cavity,30 min / times,1 times / d. 30 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]The cure 25 cases,effective in 41 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 97.06%. Cured 15 cases in the control group,effective 34 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 84.48%. Treatment group than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Li Fang joint stomach and spleen acupuncture,massage therapy and spleen enteropathy effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
