Abstract

[Objective]To observe the Xiaozhang Decoction and acupuncture combined with western medicine in treating spleen and stomach qi deficiency type of functional dyspepsia curative effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,70 patients were numbered according to the order of treatment were divided into two groups. Not eat spicy,greasy things,chill,food,tobacco,wine from coffee and non steroidal drugs. Routine treatment group 35 cases in western medicine,oral Domperidone Tablets,3 times 10mg/,/d. Vitamin B110mg/,3 times /d. The treatment group of 35 cases of Xiaozhang Decoction(Dansheng,Jishi,Fuling,Maiya,Baishu each 15g,Banxia,Houbu,Binglang each 12g,Huanglian,Guangxiangmu each 6g,Zhigancao9g,Ganjiang 5g). Water simmer in water 1 150mL,agent /d,oral. Acupuncture and Moxibustion:Zusanli,Zhongwan,Qihai point,with Yin Ling Quan,Gongsun and Neiguan point,30min/,1 /d. Qi deficiency is more serious,to jog,forward,slowly and softly,40min/ times,1 times /d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. The two groups were continuous treatment with 28d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical curative effect,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 20 cases of group therapy[Results],13 cases were effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 94.29%. The control group was 11cases,effective 14 cases,invalid 10 cases,the total efficiency of 71.43%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). To observe the process of two groups were no serious adverse events.[Conclusion]Xiaozhang Decoction and acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment of spleen stomach qi deficiency type of functional dyspepsia effect,worthy of promotion.
