Abstract

Three PCR assays were developed to detect 16SrRNA?CPS2J and MRP genes of Streptococcus suis type 2,the length of the products was 328bp、450bp and 532bp respectively.19 strains of Streptococcus isolated from Sichuan Ziyang region were detected by the PCR assays respectively. The result showed that Streptococcus suis type 2 was the pathogeny of the disease.
