A Tentative Study on Setting the Stock System to Become the Major Form of Realization of Socialist Public Ownership

Das Kapital analyses the stock system under capitalist system and points out that this kind of stock system is a new productive form different from capitalism with private-ownership according to the characteristics of its Separation between two rights .The major form of realization of the current China′s stock system with public ownership is not only the inheritance of the theory of stock system raised by Karl Marx and Friendrich Engels,but the summary and development to the reform experience in China.The statement on setting the stock system to become the major form of socialist public-ownership is the succession and development to the related idea in volume 3 of Das Kapital.It is also the breakthrough to the traditional theory of public-ownership and it paves the way for the combination of socialism with the market economy.
