Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination therapy with Sodium Ozagrel and Edaravone for acute cerebral infarction. Method The patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group( 30 cases) and control group( 30 cases). The treatment group received Sodium Ozagrel and Edaravone treatment; the control the group only received Sodium Ozagrel treatment. The two groups have the same basic treatment, continuous treatment 14 days, the two groups of patients were assessed neurological deficit( NIHSS),Clinical evaluation of activities of daily living( BI) score before treatment,7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment. Result The clinical efficacy of the treatment group were more effective than the control group; After treatment NIHSS score and BI scores were significantly improved of the two groups of patients; The degree of improvement of treatment group were more than the control group 7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment, the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Combination therapy with Sodium Ozagrel for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant clinical effect and safety, can significantly improve the patient's neurological deficit.
