Human resource development and the growth of economy

Along with furthering open and reforming policy and rapid growth of socialist market economy, development and employment of human resource have become the significant factor that influence the Chinese modernization and the comprehensively competitive capability of this state. It is also concerned with the issue of fulfilling the task of constructing a relatively rich society in national scale as put forward in the 16th session of the Chinese Communist Party. In this sense, learning the theories of human resource and quickening the step of human resource development in China have become one of the most important tasks.
