Therapeutic Effect on Atopic Dermatitis of Jianpi Zhiyang Granules Combined with Hebobao Ointment

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Zhiyang Granules combined with Hebobao ointment on atopic dermatitis(AD). Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into control group (Jianpi Zhiyang Granules combined with Hebobao ointment) and treatment group(loratadine combined with 1% hydrocortisone ointment). These two groups had been treated for four weeks continuously.Therapeutic effect was assessed by SCORAD.After treatment,IgE level in blood serum and eosinophil(EOS) quantity was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and eosin staining respectively. Comparative study was quoted. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 84%. There was significant difference between these two groups (χ2=12,P0.01). Compared with control group,score of SCORAD,VAS and quantity of EOS of treatment group all decreased. There was significant difference between them(t=4.82,P0.01;t=2.64,P0.05;P0.05). About the IgE level in blood serum,there has no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Jianpi Zhiyang Granules combined with Hebobao ointment has satisfied effect on treating AD. And it could decrease the score of SCORAD,VAS and the quantity of EOS significantly except the IgE level in blood serum.
