Abstract
Objective: To study the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors(ER、PR) in benign and malignant lesions of endometrium,and study it's clinical significance.Methods: The expression of ER and PR in 33 cases of endometrial carcinoma,39 cases of endometrial cystohyperplasia,31 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 31 cases of normal endometrium in control group were detected by using LSAB immunohistochemical method. Results: There were significant differences of ER,PR expression between endometrial cystohperplasia(46.15%,66.67%),Atypical growth of endometrium((48.38%,) 58.32),(endometrial) carcinoma(60.61%,60.61%) and normal endometrial tissue(19.35%,25.81%)(P(0.05)).The expression of ER in endometrial carcinoma was significatly different between high grade and low grade (P0.05),but no relationship with its clinical stages,ages and conditions of menopause(P(0.05)).Conclusion: The abnormal expression of ER,PR in endometrial disease plays an important role in occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,and may be a refer index in guiding clinical endocrinotherapy of endometrial carcinoma.
