Research on the Theory and Its Application for Road Traffic Safety Management Planning

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the road traffic safety situation of China in recent years,the authors make some researches on the relative theory for its management planning,according to the demand of Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety.From the discussion of road traffic safety system,this paper not only presents the definition and principles of road traffic safety management planning,but also gives some advice on the planning methodology,technical scheme and planning contents.Finally,taking Shenyang as a case,the application of the theory of road traffic safety management planning in Chinese cities is introduced.
