Abstract

purpose:To discuss the DSA imaging of patients with diabetic foot and corresponding treatment, and evaluate the clinical effect of interventional treatment for diabetic foot.Method:5 patient with 2 types of diabetic foot underwent ultrasonography and angiography of lower limbs.Multiple stenosis and occlusion were found in the target arteries.Interventional therapy were done in 7 target arteries of 5cases(5 vessels in 5 cases were treated with angioplasty through balloon dilation, and 6 vessels in 5 cases received stent implantation). The patients were followed up with DSA or ultrasound at 3~6 months.Result:The symptoms of 6 target limbs were relieved after treatment, and 1 limb was amputated after embolectomy. Conclusion:DSA can provide an excellent view of occlusive site and extent of target artery.Interventional treatment can improve the perfusion of diabetic foot, and the short-term effect is satisfied combined with controlling blood sugar and improving the blood circulation.
