Interventional Treatment on Ischemia of Diabetic Foot

Objective To explore the vascular changes in ischemia of diabetic lower extremity arteries,and to observe the clinical effect of interventional treatment.Methods 15 patients with ischemia of diabetic foot received ulrasonography,CTA and DSA.Lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusion existed in ischemia of diabetic foot.15 patients received interventional treatment(15 patients had to PTA,eight of them received stent implantation,three of them received catheter-directed thrombolysis).All patients were followed up with ultrasound at 3-6 months.Results The symptoms of 14 patients were relieved after treatment;the skin lesion was completely healed in 1-2 months.1 patient was amputated after treatment.9 patients were followed up,and eight of them lower extremity arterial were obtained with ultrasound.Conclusion Interventional treatment the ischemia of diabetic foot was satisfactory and effective clinically,and the short-term treatment was satisfied.
