On the Value Functions of New Rural Areas′ Cultural Construction

Abstract
The value functions of rural areas′ cultural construction are mainly manifested in molding function of the social main body,consolidating function of dominating values and supporting function of development driving force.In order to give a full display to these functions,we must attach great importance to the quality-promotion of peasants in an all-round way,bringing the initiative of the peasants into full play and enriching public cultural supplies of the rural areas substantially.
