Analysis and Reflection of the New Rural Culture Construction

At present the lag of the construction of rural cultures in most parts of our country has gradually become an obstacle in building our new socialist rural areas.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the factors restricting the culture construction in our new rural areas.We should hold the theory that social existence determines social consciousness,and make analysis of social changes,the concept factors,institutional factors and material factors which restrict the rural culture construction.On the basis of the above analysis,we propose some countermeasures and proposals that we should face the native talent crisis throughout the social change in our rural society,understand the relationship between tradition and modernity of rural culture correctly and strengthen the cultural system construction.
