Expression of Livin and Ki-67 in gastric cancer and significance

Abstract

Objective:To study the Livin,Ki-67 expression in gastric cancer in and its clinical significance.Methods:To determine Livin,Ki-67 in 40 cases of gastric cancer by immunohistochemistry.Results:Livin and Ki-67 were related to lymph node metastasis,(P0.05);on relation with gender,age,depth of invasion,clinical stages(P 0.05).Livin,Ki-67 expression in gastric cancer was not related(P 0.05).Conclusion:Livin,Ki-67 may help determine the degree of malignancy of gastric cancer and the progress of gastric cancer.
