Abstract
Objective To study the level and clinical significance of cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods cTnI was detected by ELISA method in 60 patients with AMI.Results cTnI of patients with AM I was much higerr than those of control group(P0.05);Conclusion The detections of cTnI should be used as an indication of early diagnosis, severity and variation of AMI.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
