Discussion on Relevant Problems of Unit Crime

With the rapid development of commodity economy since reform and opening-up,the unit crime has become an outstanding social problem in China.The regulations of new criminal law to the unit crime in legislating confirmed unit's status as subject of crime,but in China,the unit crime legislation is still unripe.The justice influencing the unit crime is suitable for the realization of the criminal law purpose,but it can't meet the needs of the society and economic development.To some actual questions,such as the immature shape of the unit crime,the criminal responsibility of common crime,they still remain to be studied and improved.
