Abstract

Corporation crime issue is a young theory in China. In 1977,the unit crime is formally defined in the general provision and branch provision in revised criminal code,China's theoretical circle of criminal code of China really began to study unit crime.With the rapid development of market economy of China,unit crime is certainly running side by side with the crime of natural person and is worse than the crime of natural person.
