Abstract
Unit crime,as a special crime that is different from natural person crime,has become an serious problem in society.Though criminal law 1997of China prescribes unit crime,there are still different opinions in some aspects of it.We should perfect unit crime in legislation and judicature practice according to its characteristics,definition and punishment policy.
