Abstract

Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin HCl in comparison with levofloxacin lactate in treatment bacterial infections.Methods:162 patients were included in the multicenter, randomized, controlled study. They included 121 cases of randomized, controlled study and 41 cases of open trial. The dose was 0.1g,bid for 7~14d.Results:In treatment of respiratory and urinary infections,no statistical significant difference in effective rate, bacterial eradication rate and MIC were observed between the active and control drug. Conclusions:In treatment of respiratory and urinary infections, levofloxacin HCl is as effective as levofloxacin lactate.
