The Relationship Between the Level of Adiponectin Concentration、C-reaction Protein and Prehypertension

Objective To exlpore the relationship between the level of adiponectin concentration、C-reaction protein and prehypertension.Methods A total of 120 subjects who physical examination were enrolled.According to the level of blood pressure all subjects were divided into ideal blood pressure group(n=40) ,prehypertension group(n=42) and hypertension group(n=38) .The level of APN and CRP of all patients were analyzed.Results In 120 cases,the level of APN in ideal blood pressure groupprehypertension grouphypertension group(P0.05) ,and the level of CRP in ideal blood pressure groupprehypertension grouphypertension group(P0.05) .Pearson correlation analysis showed that adiponectin concentrations were negatively with CRP.Conclusion The serum levels of APN、CRP are closely related with prehypertension,might be the independent risk factors for prehypertension.
