The Causes and Prevention of Academic Misconduct in Journals of Humanities and Social Science

The academic misconduct is separate,but if not constrained,it will pollute seriously the academic environment,affect the academic reputation,and hinder academic progress,thereby affect the innovation and development of the entire academic community.In the field of journals of humanities and social science,the causes of academic misconduct can be divided into internal and external factors,the former includes the quality of researchers,the quality of editors,the management anomie of journal and so on,the latter includes academic evaluation mechanism unreasonable,the unsound of relevant legal norms and so on.To prevent academic misconduct in journal of humanities and social science,the need to strengthen education,tackling the problem,punitive and preventive measures,multi-pronged,comprehensive management,improve the legal system,focused on building academic oversight mechanisms and penalty system.
