Abstract

The principle and the basic route of the genetic engineering and the transgenic technology were reviewed,and introduced the transgenic technology and methods of producing the transgenic animals.The paper was generalized the application of the transgenic technology in mammal animals' domain,and provided some questions which encountered in transgenic animals research.In the meantime,prospect of transgenic animals in relational areas was presented.
