Abstract
It is mainly focused on the techniques of acid extraction of calcium from eel bone.Based on the single-factor experiment,it discuss the influence of the concentration of hydrochloric acid, dosage, temperature, and duration on the calcium dissolution rate in eel bone. The result showed theprimary and secondary order of the factors that influence calcium dissolution rate, which is reaction time(D)density of hydrochloric acid(A)the dosage(B)the temperature(C).The best combination as for the best experimental result is A3B1C1D3,viz.the hydrochloric acid is 3 mol/L,the dosage to be 4 mL,reactiontime to be 60minutes,temperature to be 108 ℃.1 g eel bone can dissolve out 22.29% calcium.Analysis of variance results show that:the density of hydrochloric acid(A),the dosage(B),the temperature(C),the reaction time(D) have significantly influence on the extraction of calcium.
