Abstract
Based on the single factor experiments, extraction conditions of soluble calcium from the bovine bone are optimized by conducting an orthogonal test,in which the acidolysis and the calcium extraction rate are employed as indicators. In the process, the dissolved rate of phosphorus is also investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: the ratio of bovine bones to hydrochloric acid solution is set to be 1:12;the concentration of hydrochloric acid is regulated with 2 mol.L-1;reaction time duration at 70 ℃ lasts for 60 min.Under these conditions, the dissolved rate of calcium can reach as high as 94.39%.
