332 cases of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in lumbar intervertbral disc protrusion

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in lumbar interyvertbral disc protrusion.Methods 332 cases of lumbar intervertbral disc protrusion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each for 116 cases.The observation group were used traction chinese medicine practice and hot packs and rehabilitation treatment,the control group were used diclofenac sodium mucilage coated tablets.Results After treatment 15 days,the 74 cases recovered,84 cases had improvement,8 cases not improved.The total effect of the observation group was 95.8%.56 cases recovered,50 cases had improvement,60 cases not improved.The total of the observation group was 63.9%.The difference between the two groups was dignificant(P0.05).Conclusion It is quite effective to treat lumbar interyvertbral disc protrusion with traction chinese medicine practice and hot packs and rehabilitation treatment.It is worth for clinical application.
