Discuss the Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound on Carotid Plaque in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Clinical Application

Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler ultrasound on carotid plaque in patients with cerebral infarction clinical application.Methods Using case control study using high resolution ultrasound technology,in case and control patients of carotid artery intima-media thickness,blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity indices such as examination,at the same time of carotid plaque in patients with cerebral infarction for the formation of the state and has no status carries on the contrast analysis.Results The carotid plaque in patients with cerebral infarction,hard spot the most,followed by a flat spot,soft spots,the last for the mixed stain,and the number of cases of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of control group patients(P0.05).Clinically often attack as part of the common carotid artery bifurcation,carotid artery trunk,internal and external carotid artery initial segment.Carotid artery plaque on both sides of the place of no great difference.Conclusion The cerebral infarction as a clinical more common cerebrovascular disease,the main causes of arterial atherosclerotic plaques is the vascular lumen occlusion or stenosis,serious obstacle regional cerebral blood supply,eventually leading to brain tissue due to hypoxia and ischemia and necrosis.High resolution ultrasound technology on cerebral infarction carotid artery plaque symptoms diagnosis,contribute to the atherosclerotic plaques were classified and the scientific judgment of carotid pulse cavity stenosis severity,as scientific choice of the treatment plan and emergency plan to provide the most scientific research means and methods.
