Abstract
In this experiment, the modern enzymolysis technology was applied for extraction of polysaccharide from Banqiao Codonopsis pilosulc.Based on single factor tests, the extraction conditions of polysaccharide were optimized by orthogonal test. The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide by papain are as follows:enzyme amount 60 U/g dry powder, enzymolysis time 90 min,pH 5.0 and temperature 40 ℃.Under these conditions, the percent of extraction of polysaccharide is 23.73%.For cellulase, the optimal extraction conditions are as follows:enzyme amount 120 U/g dry powder, enzymolysis time 150 min,pH 4.0 and temperature 40 ℃.Under these conditions, the percent of extraction of polysaccharide is 28.22%.
