Abstract
Orthogonal contrast about 4 factors 3 levels of the main factors which haveinfluence on the extraction of perilla oil with supercritical CO, were studied. The resultsshowed that the optimum conditions were as follows: extrating in a pressure 20MPa at 40℃ for 6h with 30lL/h of CO2 flow. The yield of perilla,Oil was 37.2% and the content of α- lindenic acid was 73. 1 %.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
