Abstract

Objective:To study the relation between the concentration of angiostatin(AS),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expressed in the placental villi organization and preeclampsia.Methods:(1)A total of 84 samples were used in this study, including 30 cases of healthy pregnant women and 23 cases of mild preeclampsia and 31 cases of severe preeclampsia.(2)The immunohistochemistry method was used to measure serum concentration of AS and VEGF expressed in the placental site,it was to observe distributed characteristic expressed, cell dyeing intensity and masculine cell number under light microscope.Results:(1)The mean concentration of serum AS of villus nutrient cell in preeclampsia group was obviously higher than that in the normal group(P0.05),the positive correlation was found between the expression intensity and the eclampsism pathogenetic condition(r=0.371 P0.05).(2)The distributed characteristic of serum VEGF expressed of placenta in preeclampsia group was identical to that in the normal group, that was lower in preeclampsia group than that in the normal group, the difference has statistics significance(P0.05),the negative correlation was found between the expression intensity and the eclampsism pathogenetic condition(rs=-0.473 P0.05).(3)The dependablity analysis in group of the mean concentration of AS and VEGF expressed between in preeclampsia group and in the normal group demonstrated that there was incidence relation between AS and VEGF,the negative correlation was found between that.(4)Coefficient of correlation was r=-0.476 P0.05,r=-0.419 P0.05 respectively. Conclusion:The concentrations of AS and VEGF expressed in the placental site in preeclampsia is obviously change than the normal group.Abnormal concentration of serum AS and VEGF may contribute to decreasing the injury of endothelial cell in preeclampsia.
