Abstract
The utilization of maximizing iso-paraffins(MIP) catalytic cracking process in 2# catalytic cracking plant of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was introduced.Based on mechanism of the process,the relationship between key operating conditions of the process and volume fraction of olefin and octane number of gasoline were studied.Result showed that under the current conditions of material and catalyst formulation,and when the temperature of No.1 reaction zone was controlled at about 525 ℃,catalyst activity of the system at about 60,and temperature of No.2 reaction zone at about 515 ℃,the volume fraction of olefin in the gasoline could be controlled within 30%,and the research octane number could be kept above 92%,which could meet the quality demand of gasoline.
