Emotion Path of Citizens' Morality Construction

Moral indifference is a direct manifestation of the current moral crisis and citizen's lack of moral emotion makes a moral indifference.Emotions,especially altruism emotions are essential elements of ethical conduct.In modern society,citizenship contains the unification of rights and obligations,which imply moral feelings to respect for other person's interests and the public interest.Thus cultivation of moral emotions are important entry points in current moral construction.First of all,we should sound social environment conducive to civic moral development with a good system to promote positive emotional experiences of citizens.Secondly,establish and improve the social mechanism of rewards and punishments to raise goodness and restrain the evil.Thirdly,enhance publicity and education and guide citizens to respect the interests of others,agree with the public interest,and consciously assume moral obligation.Fourthly,we should build moral cultivation mode of empathy focusing on individual moral life experience.
