Organization and implementation of primary nursing core competencies training by using hierarchical management model

Objective:To explore the clinical training methods for the primary nurses and effectiveness.Methods:In accordance with the principles of nurse ability-level match,the primary nurse levels were divided and the levels of core competency standards for nurses and training principles were drawn up.Results:The pass rate of the primary nurse examination was increased every year.Conclusion:The primary clinical training of primary nurses is an important means of improving their ability of clinical practice,and is the basis for nurse growth,with a great significance to the promotion of nursing safety.
