Abstract
Objective To observe the role of the nursing intervention to the function recovery after surgery for the patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 54 patients with lumbar disc herniation from May 2010 to May 2012 were randomized into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (the perioperative nursing intervention), and observe and compare the clinical efficacy and complications incidence in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group (70.4% ), the total effective rate was obviously increased (96.3% ) in the observation group, with the significantly statistical difference, P0.05; compared with the control group (0), the incidence of urinary retention after surgery was obviously increased (22.2%) in the observation group, with the significantly statistical difference, P0.05. Conclusion For the patients with lumbar disc herniation, the related perioperative nursing intervention and postoperative rehabilitation as soon as possible can significantly increase the clinical efficacy and improve the quality of prognosis, and worthy of promotion.
